Having mild fever since last four days
Having mild fever since last 4 days, slight headache, and stiff neck. I tried to rest the fever out, but it doesn't seem to be reducing. I haven't taken any medication yet.
Fever lasting for 4 days is a concern. Stiff neck with headache may be postural issue but needs proper evaluation.
It is better that you consult a physician and get examined well.

At least now you should get it checked out by a general physician in person for further evaluation and management.
As of now you can take a tab. Zerodol-p thrice a day after food.
