Having menstrual problem

I missed my period for one month. And I am not even sexually active so I want to ask what should I need to do.

Normally if a period occurs in between 21-45 days it is considered to be a normal cycle. Delay in periods could be because of many reasons like thyroid imbalance , anaemia or any other hormonal imbalance . Plz meet a gynaecologist for your problem. Good luck
