Having large cyst, pregnant with 15 week

As I described I have large cyst of 17cm on right overy. And I am pregnant with 15week one Dr suggest me removal of whole overy and tube with right now for avoiding future issues. Another Dr advised only to remove cyst. I have uploaded my reports please advise

Hello U need not to romove ovary.Ovarian cyst can be treated with panchakarma in Ayurveda. As u r pregnant don't take any treatment for cyst as it is not needed  now.
