I felt down from my bike and got knee injury... currently undergoing treatment under kailash Patil in sancheti hospital Pune.he recommend me to go through physiotherapy.

Hello..... Type of fracture,  bone involved I'm fracture,x ray  all these  are required to comment on fracture.. If it's self  healing fracture doctor applies  cast  and wait for  it to heal..  If not doctor  will  take up for surgery..  Follow his instruction , consult physiotherapist.....
