I am having an orgasm but no semen is coming out my penis .. and right now suffering from uti its my 4th day ... It was a sever uti but now am quite better and am taking around 5 - 6 tablets regular and a injection of amitacin 750mg IV from last 4 days ... I wanna know about my semen issue
