I have high fever and feeling very cold,while I am having pain in my joints too and the fever comes down on taking paracetamol and after a period time it gets back

Hi It might be chikungunya or dengue or malaria Joint pains usually involved in viral fevers So get all the tests done regards above diseases and get back with reports
