Taking Nexito 5 having headache can I take painkiller medicine with it .. Otherwise which medicine should take for headache
Headache needs evaluation if it is abrupt or chronic, persistent or repetitive, associated with giddiness or vomiting or neurological signs and symptoms.
So ideally no medicine should be consumed without doctor's advice.
Generally NSAIDs ( painkillers ) in one off use in low dosage is safe with nexito ( escitalopram).
However there are no absolutes and exceptions are there.
Paracetamol is another safe medicine and is usually available over the counter in India.
However I repeat no medicine can be said to be absolutely safe in all conditions and dosages.
