I am 30 year old and nearly three month pregnant. I am having headache. Can you prefer any medicine?

Can take paracetamol 500 if no other cause of headache it is safe in pregnancy

Firstly, pls hydrate urself well. Check ur blood pressure. R there any associated symptoms? Any visual disturbances? If any of this, pls consult a gynaec asap.

If you do not have a history of recurrent headaches then you can just take a tablet of Paracetamol 500 mg and take rest. The headache will get relieved.

Dolo 650 is safe however try to see if you are dehydrated because of vomiting which is caused your headache know the reason and read it first before taking dolo 650
