Your headache can be due to many reasons.Avoid thinking too much , tension and stress should be reduced,daily intake of water should be minimum 3 litres, screen time should be reduced especially at night.. keep back your phone atleast one hour before you sleep.. that light can also strain your eyes and get headcahe, you should get your eyes checked whether you have any vision problems.. that can lead to headache..minimal excercise or yoga .. follow all these.. if your symptoms persist kindly consult.
