Fever and loose motion do cause weakness. Keep a watch on your BP and keep your self well hydrated Take nonspicy and non oily light food. Warm water and  salt gargle frequently Steam inhalation twice a day ORS 1 pack in 1 liter of boiled and cooled water for whole day taken in sips.
