Having fever cough and cold from last saturday . I am some medicines but not satisfied still suffering from cold and cough. And i doubt taste is not feel now

Better done with RTPCR and manage accordingly.. Till then isolate.. Any history of breathlessness ?

Do a COVID RTPCR with chest xray pa view. Tab levocetrizine and tab paracetamol till reports arrive.
