Having ear problem

Ear hurts while I put pressure or do exercise for tinnitus, I check the wax was inside my ear but the path wasn't fully blocked, when I burp or anything it hurts my ear, I do have ear wax problem , it gets build up or I just push it more inside by inserting finger, I tried to use tissue and fold it to look pointy and when I use i felt ease and wax did come out but now next day I have pain too. I can't visit doctor rn but it hurts and the sound in both ears troubles me. Help me pls. And even outside my ear putting pressure hurts

It is due to eustachian tube catarrh

First up - Don’t insert anything in the ear Second steam inhalation wil help It definitely looks like Eustachian tube catarrh but I also feel there’s impacted wax So water entry to ear is completely prohibited Kindly consult ENT for further evaluation
