Having cough problem for almost a month and from few day I have both cough and cold and even mild fever also

HELLO, IT'S A LONG PERIOD, SO BETTER GO FOR X RAY CHEST P-A VIEW DIGITAL. BLOOD CBC I,E HB TLC DLC ESR. SPUTUM FOR COMPLETE EXAMINATION INCLUDING AFB TABLET PARACETAMOL 500ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED. TABLET GUDCEF CV 200TWO-TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. TABLET SINAREST TWO-TIMES A DAY FOR THREE DAYS. SYRUP BRONCHOLIN HALF TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES AND ONE TEASPOON FUL AT NIGHT. O.K BYE.
