Having cold again and again
Hi Sir,
I am suffering with cold again and again. Because of this I am facing allergy like itching in eyes, inside nose and sometimes in some parts of body.
As per Doctor suggestions I am using Nasonex nasal spray to overcome from infection. I am feeling ok if I use to take medicine if I stop taking medicine next day cold starts.
I am doing regular exercise but still I am facing cold again and again.
Please suggest me what need to be done.

U might be having allergic rhinosinusitis. Nasonex nasal spray is for allergy. Though the symptoms would not alleviate fully as it's a hypersensitivity reaction type 1, but symptoms usually subside by more than 90-95%
antiallergic measures such as avoiding causative allergic agent if known, dust, cold would help u reduce symptomatology
