Having Anal fissure for 3 months
I am having anal fissure for 3 months with 5 then it stops. I am using anorelief cream as adviced by doctor and stops once my symptoms improves. I have also used sitcom tablet for two weeks which I felt helps improved my symptoms but was not diagosed with piles. Is it possible to have both anal fissure and haemorroids together?
If you suggest how to take forward my treatment then it will be much helpful.

Secondary Hemorroids due to Chronic anal fissure is very common these days
Bleeding can be both from Anal fissure (streak of blood line) or bleeding drops from Hemorroids
