I have had a number of different health problems for the past ten years. First I had an onset of a number of mental disabilities then I started having all over joint pain that is worsening as time goes by but extremely painful for past ten years I've also started having kidney and gastrointestinal issues and now I keep chest and lung infections have no clue what it could be please help overly like I'm slowly dying
