Temperature is around 101 since yesterday, had Calpol tablet this morning, thought to consult a doctor, little cough,fever comes along with mild cold

Tablet dolo 650 (1 in the morning, 1/2 in the afternoon and 1 at night) Tablet azithral 250mg (1 in the morning) before food-5 days Tablet pan-d 20mg (1 in the morning and night) before food Syrup ambrolite s (2.5ml 3 times a day) after food-1 week

1. do covid test (RTPCR) if the fever hasn't reduced even after 3 days 2. avoid cold/spicy/oily food for a few days 3. take plenty of rest 4. take steam inhalation

It is respiratory tract infection Possibly upper respiratory , could be lower also , depends on detailed history

you  can take cap amoxyclav 625 mg,  thrice a day , 8 hourly along with antipyretic like tab calpol 500mg sos if you have cough, cold  you can add cough syrup
