Have chest pain on right side

I have chest pain on right side for a year now..It hurts even more when I walk. No cough, no breathlessness so far When I do deep breathing, I observe something rubbing on my back but that does not hurt. Got MRI of ribs, sternum 3 times. That came out normal.Breast USG is normal. Xray is normal. I got one hrct chest done during covid so I am little skeptical to get one more HRCT and also not sure if this is musculoskeleton or lung related

Normally any anomaly would have been picked up by MRI. however you can get A usg chest. Reports review will help to guide further.
