Has been advised for bypass

He is very healthy and very much regular in exercise. But from last two months after exercising he gets tired and complains of a little heart pain. The doctor says that one part of his heart is not working at all since birth and the other half is 95% block. I'm not convinced about that half part of the heart that is not working. Please advise. Oblige.

Blockage are seen through angiography test, if you are mentioning that only, can discuss CD available with cardiologist
