Hard stye on my left eyelid
Hello doctor
I have hard stye on my left eyelid..not near eyelashes but on the lid which can be seen when i close my eye. It is not painful but hard small bump.....has been there for few days..on first day before it appeared had pain then no pain....now i have pain sometimes in the inner corner of the eye...my eyes are NOT red or puffy or swollen...please advice..

Take..
Tab augmentin 625 mg... 1 tablet twice a day for 5 days after meal
Tab pan 40 ... 1 tablet twice a day for 5 days before meal
Tablet enzoflam... 1 tab twice a day for 5 days after meal.
Hot fomentation :- 3-4 times per day
Eye oinment occupol ... 2 times a day
Eye drop lubrex :- 4/day

It seems you have chalazion
There are 3 options
A. Medical management: warm compresses followed by lid massage and local application of zaha ointment along lid margin.
B. Intralesional triancinolone injection
C. Minor surgery which include incision and curettage
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis. Share close up pic for evaluation
