Hard stools in abdomen xray

Hi Doctor, my baby is 2.3 year old male, after several hospital visits, we had diagnosed with abdomen x-ray. they told hard stools are there in the abdomen. They had given enema to get out them. but my baby is pooping in standing position due to that low amount of poop is releasing. Suggested to general surgeon.  Is pooping in standing position is serious. He is not at listening us to sit and poop even on potty seat also. Is it requires any surgery or it will curable by any medications. Does it leads to any surgery?

It's very painful to pass hard stools... The child is trying to hold it in order to not feel pain... That's why he is standing. It will all be ok once he passes out the hard stools and you really have to watch his diet.
Next Steps
ask your Dr if you can apply local anaesthetic ointment in the anus region to relieve him of pain
Health Tips
high fibre diet including lots if fruits and vegetables. lots of water in a day will avoid further problems

Give toilet training and education about toilet training. He will Gradually learn and don't scold him. Hard stools occurs when the fiber in diet is less. So give him foods with more fiber(fruits and vegetables) and give him plenty of water to drink. Connect and share the X-ray abdomen to discuss about that.
Next Steps
Give toilet training
Health Tips
Food rich in fiber and give more fluids
