Hello doctor Iam 29 years old female.I ate red bricks after delivery.iam suffering from hard stool after that.is eating bricks cause constipation.it was very painful to me.i take balanat kada 1 after one month.is taking this cause constipation.please give me solution for my problem.Actually iam giving feeding to my baby 4 months.does PCOS cause constipation. It was horrible to me since 1 month.iam taking water also.
