In my left hand there is a hard rounded muscle occur, what is this I don't no, sometimes there is pain occur but very less, please provide me best symptoms how to solve it.

without exanimate ng u it is difficult to diagnose. please consult an Ortho surgeon and get appropriate investigations done as advices.
