I have 3 hard pimples with whittish substance filled inside canot pop . There are many small versions Their size remain fix with no pain at all. But nowadys . They start with flat pinkish pimple like. That can give pain on touching . Can be popable ony that stage . I applied dettol on scrountum skin but it burned skin lot gave old dark manskin
