Hard lump on neck

Sir i have one hard lump on my back side of neck.its become bigger in 7 years and when i press the lump something white kind of substance coming out from.its painless but i am fear of that lump.is there any homeopathy remedies for that lump.plz help

May be it is sebaceous cyst for the confirmation of diagnosis send a pic.
