Hi sir Good morning My husband age 32 , 3 days back he has seen a hard  lump inside under the testacles, he has no pain, no any other symptoms. Please help us is there any medical emergency?? We are so tense Plz guide us.. Thankyou in advaance

You need ti get one USG scrotum plus doppler. And get bloood test done ( LDH , Beta HCG ,AFP ) Will need definative treatment after the test Might need antibiotics as well.
