Can be a Lymph node or a bony swelling called osteoma. Get one USG done.

Is it behind the ear or below the ear  ? Any history of dandruff or scalp infection? share the picture of the swelling if it's visible. If swelling is below the jaw , watch for any throat pain,tooth infection,mouth ulcer.
