It looks like proliferation of lymphoid tissue. Avoid touching. avoid spicy and oily food.

Avoid touching it, it induces gag. It is simply a proliferation of lymphoid tissue present over the posterior pharyngeal wall. You probably suffer from recurrent episodes of sore throat or cold. It is your body's response to that. Nothing needs to be done as of now.
