Hi all.. it's 79 days I have delivered baby via C Sec. Incision site is good no issues but my lower abdomen pains when I touch and is sore and numb. Also I am having hard belly around my belly button and is an outie. Using abdominal belt after a month of C Sec lost around 4 inches but still have baby pooch with an outie belly button looks like I am still pregnant. I have checked with my doctor she said that nothing to worry. Do I need to consult physio for this to diagnose. Kindly reply I am feeling helpless with no solution.
