Hands shaking after head injury

7 days ago I got hit in my head with a bamboo and had pain, eye swelling, decreased eye vision etc. So I consulted a neurologist. Brain CT scan was done and it was normal. Today I got hit in the forehead region in a wall accidentally and now my left hand is shaking continuously whenever I hold something like my phone or water glass. Pls tell me what to do. What is the reason pls help me
