I have been suffering from mild hand tremors since last few years owing to anxiety issues. The tremor is more noticed by people while holding a glass of water or other similar objects. Is this an instance of essential tremors? Iam 70 + retired person living in Hyderabad. Please suggest a good doctor in Hyderabad.
