My Both hands was paining..due to improper sleeping... sleep on hand.. I used hot water to massage hands...5 to 6 days... Now i can see green veins on palm... I think i dialated blood vessels... When i put my hand down... I feels like more blood is flowing in hands... Little pressure towards fingers.. How to overcome... Helps
