Hand numbness

My mother is experiencing numbness (feeling like ant) and weakness in both hands from one week. There is also sweating sometime but she experience this many times previously also so it is not specific to this. She is taking blood pressure tablet regularly (metxl25). Please guide me want I need to do in this case.
