Hand, Leg, Shoulder paining a lot.

My mom is having pain in her leg, hand and shoulder from past 6 months. We have taken lot of medicines but no improvement yet. And the pain is increasing regularly. She is 50+ of age. It is humble request, please help my mom and suggest proper treatment.
