I have been suffering from dryness and itching in my left hand.Sometime it is bursting blood. Please advice. 👍

It might be contact dermatitis . Need more clinical history for proper diagnosis. Meantime you can take teczine 5mg once at night Bilasure 20 once in morning 1-0-0 Use any moisturizer like Vaseline jelly
