I didn't hurt my hand finger anywhere, yet suddenly i got a black and white dot on my nail and it kept growing every day. White part spreads and then it blackens in 2 days, half of my nail is infected now, finger is swollen too and it pain when i press the skin. Its been 4 weeks i have this infection now and had clindamycin medicine too, didnt help though. One of the doctor punctured my nail with needle but nothing came out from underneath the nail, just blood. Attached screenshot of infection on my nail, currently it has risen from nail bed and also seems to have left skin on left side of nail, i can see my skin there. Kindly help and suggest me some correct medicine please. Regards

There can be multiple reasons for this kind of picture. However we should rule out certain disorders which can cause extensive damage. U need a proper examination for this.
