Hand and legs fingers I'm feeling numbness even though I took bp tablet, feeling uneasiness and fear pls help

Lot of causes of hand and leg numbness like vascular or peripheral nerves or autonomic neuropathy. Need detail history including family and social history like smoking etc. Diagnostic test may include vascular dopplers /emg ncv.
