My hands have some kind of allergy from about 3-4 months. Skin is very harsh and ichy which pain at times and irritates alott. Tried different types of moisture as well.

Probably fungus or allergic Contact dermatitis....... Do direct online consultation  by sending  more clear photos, otherwise meet me at my clinic, for accurate diagnosis and treatment
