Recently I was having intestine infection after which I have taken the treatment for that but now I am having the problem of tight stool which is causing me the pain while sitting and passing the stools. Currently I have started with Isabgol in normal water at night. Help me to cure this

Isabgol is usually good enough. Some laxative can be added if problem PERSISTS
