Your symptoms could be due to hemorrhoids or anal fissure .Exact cause could be determined by consulting a general physician in your area after clinical examination.

Hemorrhoids are swollen blood vessels that can develop inside or around the anus, and they can cause discomfort, itching, and pain. Common symptoms of hemorrhoids include: Pain or discomfort in the anal area. Itching or irritation in and around the anus. Swelling or a lump near the anus. Bleeding during bowel movements. Feeling like there is a small amount of stool remaining after a bowel movement. As your symptoms are just pain and discomfort, less likely a chance of having haemorrhoids..
