RE -3/1/180 LE -2/1.5/180 When I wear glasses there no halos and glare But when I does not wear glasses in night and see light sources then it look so big Is it normal?

Yes. Please use glasses as advised by local ophthalmologist

As you are having Myopic astigmatism, you have towear glasses continuously. Pl consult ophthalmologist for further evaluation and treatment.
