Having pressure like feeling in half head and sometimes causes dizziness and loss of balance. MRI Attached.. Do more tests required?? Doing steam and and nasal spray everyday

Dizziness may not be related to ethmoidal sinusitis. Steam inhalation and steroid sprays can be helpful for sinusitis. A nasal endoscopy and some test for the dizziness might also be recommended. Consult ENT
