Using Homoeopathic medicine externally won't help much. Taking Constitutional Homoeopathic medicine internally (orally) will benefit more.
Health Tips
Don't take any stress. Eat healthy food and do yoga regularly for relieving stress.

Yes first stop dying hairs immediately. Dying hairs is a main factor of hair loss. Because hair dye has much more chemicals like ammonia which damage hair roots.
Next Steps
Please write your all past and present symptoms related to hairs and your day to day life. We will try to solve . Thank you dear.
