Hairfall with scalp itchiness

Hi doctors, I have scalp itchiness and facing hairfall more than 140 stands a day. Hair has become frizzy and lifeless. Can you please recommend what tests to be done to find out the cause of hairloss? Can omega 3 oil and multi vitamins help in treating hairloss? Please suggest
