I have a hairfall from 3 months and lots of split ends..... And face skin is dull
..........,..........
The cause for hairfall and dullness of face has to be determined. Please upload some pics in the private section or meet me at my clinic. Both issues can be corrected and proper counselling is required for the same.

Hair fall:- Tab. Keraglo Eva once daily for 3 months.
Qilib women solution 6-8 sprays once daily at night for one month
Tab. Hautvit Forte once daily for 3 months.
Use Anaphase shampoo.Increase intake of protein diet & Green leafy vegetables.
Check blood test for Thyroid & Haemoglobin.
If bald patches:- Tugain 5% solution for application 1ml at night for one month
For Dullness:-
Increase intake of water & citrus fruits . Sun protection is important . Photostable Gel SPF40 / BIODERMA Photoderm AKN Mat SPF30 / La Roche Posay Anthelios XL SPF 50 Dry Touch as sunscreen to be applied half an hour before sun exposure. Apply Biluma Cream/ Melaglow Rich cream for application once at night for 2 months.
