Hairfall problems/heavy loss

I an basically from Kolkata but in August 2019 I had shifted to pune, there I faced little hairfall in the initial days but as I have shifter to bangalore in feb 2020, my hairfall increased liked 80% at righer rate and still it is continuing, I am very worried about my hair. I don't want to lose it. Please help me, please.

Apply onion juice daily over scalp and hair roots, for 30 minutes, after that rinse with normal water.
