You are suffering from androgenic alopecia which is also called as pattern baldness. The hairs start reducing in density at the crown (top) and also the hairline starts receeding  from the front. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. It is usually accompanied by severe dandruff which we call seborrhoea. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is the best. No oil or cream will magically work because the hairs are getting miniaturised  and eventually disappearing due to the hormonal effects of DHT on the hair roots. Please contact me with photos using online consult option for proper examination and treatment.

Hair fall has multifactorial etiology.Stress, diet , genetic and hormones play important part in maintaining hair growth. As far as losing hair or receding hairline in men genetics play important role . Majority of case is been diagnosed as Male pattern alopecia ! Anti androgens tablets and minoxidil lotion would help in controlling the hair fall. There are many brands available but before you start with any treatment do visit a dermatologist or consult online with us. When the receding hairline is way too much and visible baldness is there , many cases would go for hair transplant but do consult a dermatologist before you start any treatment.
