Hairfall problem

Hi, I am having hairfall more than usual. Is there any good oil that I can use? I had used mamaearth onion oil for almost 6months but there is no improvement. My eating timings: 1. Breakfast - 9/9:30am - idli/dosa chutney sambar/upma banana/ puttu/ appam/chapati/ada 2. Lunch - 2:30pm - rice with vegetable curries, fish fry/chicken/beef if available else just veg, curd curry 3. Evening - 5pm - tea with biscuit 4. Dinner - 8:30/9pm - rice/chapati, with veg curries, fish fry/chickn/beef if available..else just veg curries, curd curry Could someone suggest me a good hair oil? Would really help me a lot
