Hairfall/FPHL

I have had FPHL since I was 19, post covid 19 I was put on minoxidil 5% with finasteride 1!%, I saw very good results with it, post 1.5 years my dermat asked me to stop, switching first to minox 5% twice a day for 10 days then anadense. This was in Nov. 2022. I experienced lot of hairfall in December to March, losing almost all that I gained. I was put again on minox 5% (without finas)(ODin may 21st.  IIt's been 2 months of me using and I feel like it's has only deteriorating. My bald patch that had gotten back hair is staring to get visbile does this mean minox is not working? My dermat also started me on finax 1mg 10 days back. In the picture is this new hair growth? Will minoxidil show results again if it showed the first time? I feel like last time I had already started to see new growth around 2 months. I was also diagnosed with positive RA and anti CCp recently for RA. But I have no symptoms so no medication was given. Can this be AA? Can this have an effect on my hair?
