Hairfall and gym

I joined the gym 1 day ago. I want to gain muscle, but I don't want to get bald. How can I avoid Hair fall? I don't use Protein shakes and wash my hair about 30 minutes after workout. Still, sometimes after lifting I get anxious that the weight was somewhat heavy and it might lead to hair loss.

Absolutely a myth...baldness can occur only if there androgen or testosterone hypersensitivity in susceptible individual..so baldness can occur even if you don't work out..don't confuse yourself...take care...
